We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Client Care Executives
Job Ref: CE 01
Confer with clients by telephone or in
person to provide information about
products or services, take orders or
obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of client interactions or
transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, or comments, as
well as actions taken.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes
were made to resolve clients' problems.
Determine charges for services requested,
collect deposits or payments, or arrange
Refer unresolved client grievances to
designated departments for further
Maintain regular contact with clients
Obtain regular feedback from client and
ensure that comments/complaints are
Degree in business administration or any
other social sciences discipline.
Minimum of 1 year experience required
Knowledge of using computer, MS Word
and MS Excel
Able to excel in a fast paced environment
Pleasant personality with good
Pro-active, responsible and hands-on
