The candidates must have a clear
understanding of the strategic importance
of human resources and should have the
ability to provide support to the Human
Resource Manager.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE,
CANDIDATES:
Must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science
degree. A Master’s Degree in Human
Resources Management will be an added
advantage
Must have at least 3 years post qualification
work experience in a reputable institution.
Must have the knowledge and
understanding in handling and
implementing HR policies and procedures
Should be a qualified HR professional with
certification by relevant professional
institute
Should not be more than 30 years
Should have strong background and
knowledge in all key human resource
management and development domains
Must have high computer literacy (e.g.
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
PowerPoint)
Must be self-motivated
Must have good interpersonal skills, be a
team player, be able to work with little or
no supervision and have good writing,
analytical and
communication skills.
