offering integrated estate management
services to diverse clientele requires for
immediate engagement in Lagos and Abuja
capable and reliable persons as:
1.) Secretaries
Qualifications:
HND Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
with a minimum of 5 (five) years work
experience and proficiency in the use MS
Word, Excel and Power Point applications
2.) Facility Engineers (Electrical &
Mechanical)
Qualifications:
Experience in operation and maintenance
of engineering services in multi-storey/
multi-use buildings or facilities
3.) Technicians: Building - Electrical - Fire
Safety - Plumbing
Qualifications:
OND, City & Guilds, NBTE, Trade Tests or
equivalent qualifications with 5 (five)
years work experience in operation and
maintenance of utilities and services.
4.) Security & Safety Supervisors
Qualifications:
OND with a minimum of 5 (five) years of
significant work experience in security
and safety of buildings or facilities
5.) Security Men
Qualifications:
SSSC or its equivalent with relevant work
experience
6.) Cleaning Supervisors
Qualifications:
OND with a minimum of 5 (five) years of
significant work experience in cleaning of
buildings or similar facilities.
7.) Cleaners
Qualifications:
SSSC or its equivalent with relevant work
experience
8.) Senior Agency Surveyor
Qualifications:
BSc or HND in Estate Management with a
minimum of 10 (ten) years demonstrable
relevant work experience
9.) Senior Management Surveyor
Qualifications
:
BSc or HND in Estate Management with a
minimum of 10 (ten) years demonstrable
relevant work experience
10.) Senior Valuation Surveyor
Qualifications:
BSc or HND in Estate Management with a
minimum of 10 (ten) years demonstrable
relevant work experience
11.) Estate Surveyors
Qualifications:
BSc or HND in Estate Management with a
minimum of 5 (five) years verifiable work
experience
12.) Estate Surveyors
Qualifications:
BSc or HND in Estate Management with a
minimum of 2 (two) years verifiable work
experience
13.) Admin/Accounts Officer
Qualifications:
BSc or FIND in Accounting with a
minimum of 5 (five) years work
experience including office practice
competences.
