Customer care Executive needed in Lagos

of Director of Customer Service women in
one of our Victoria Island Office. The
candidate must be a proactive aggressive
striker with good taste and fashion and will
be responsible for the management,
identification and realize new business
opportunities for our company.
responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers by phone or
face to face
Handles sales and stock
Respond quickly to customer requests
Handle and resolve customer complaints
and after sales
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information
to handle inquiries and complaints
Keep records of customer interactions and
transactions
manage the administration
Communicate and coordinate with internal
departments
Track customer interactions

a franchise brand names notable world-
class watches, jewerlies and accessories
online.

individual result oriented to fill the position
Qualifications and Requirements:
OND in a relevant field (Female)
Knowledge of the principles and practices
of customer service
Applications in digital language, oral and
written
product knowledge
Interpersonal skills, listening skills and
verbal and written communication -
Problem analysis and problem solving
